About Me
As a writer I love engaging the minds and enthusiasm of young audiences; I mine history for golden nuggets that shine today, and am particularly attracted to stories of women who refuse to play by the rules. I am always fascinated by the many shades of grey that make up the human experience. As a producer I co-founded the Tricycle Theatre in London, England with Ken Chubb and from 1989 to 2003 I was co-artistic director with Lib Spry of Straight Stitching Productions. As a story and script editor I work with Ken Chubb on the development of projects for film and television and was Senior Story Editor for Jozi-H, a 13 x 1 hour drama series.
I’m a member of the Playwrights Guild of Canada and the Writers Guild of Canada.
